Link Union Station (Link US)

Link US Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIS/SEIR) Open House and Public Hearing

An open house and public hearing will be held on June 4, 2024 for the Link Union Station (Link US) Project during the 45-day public review and comment period (May 10, 2024 through June 26, 2024) in support of the NEPA and CEQA environmental review processes. The open house and public hearing will discuss Metro’s plans to transform LA Union Station into a modern transit and mobility hub, offering an improved passenger experience to meet the region’s long-term transportation needs.

Date: Tuesday, June 4, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Metro headquarters, One Gateway Plaza, Board Room, 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

At the open house and public hearing, attendees will have the opportunity to:

  1. Obtain more information about the Project and the Draft EIS/SEIR,
  2. Hear from key project members and talk one-on-one with the Link US team,
  3. Ask the team questions you may have about the environmental process and the Project,
  4. After the Open House, attend the Public Hearing to formally submit an oral comment on the Draft EIS/SEIR.

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project have been carried out by the State of California pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated July 23, 2019 and executed by the Federal Railroad Administration and the State of California.

The virtual open house is available throughout the 45-day public review and comment period.

Comments can be submitted to Metro during the 45-day public review and comment period (May 10, 2024 through June 26, 2024) in support of the NEPA and CEQA environmental review processes via one of the following ways:
